Yes we ship both domestically within Australia and Internationally.

All items are sent via Australia Post and includes a tracking number. Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping information and tracking number.

Once the purchased items have been dispatched, all further enquiries regarding delivery must be directed to our designated freight provider – Australia Post. Next of Kin is unable to track items on behalf of customers.

Please note Products become the property and responsibility of the purchaser once they have been dispatched. If an item package gets damaged or is misplaced it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with our designated courier or Australia Post.

Please also make sure you have the correct mailing address on your order. If incorrect shipping details were entered at checkout, we will not be held responsible for lost/missing items.

Next of Kin do not refund or replace items missing or damaged in transit.

Shipping time frame

Domestic delivery:
Delivery times vary by destination. Most destinations will take between 2-5 days with more remote areas requiring up to 10 days for delivery. Should you require express domestic delivery, please select the express shipping option when placing an order online.

International delivery:
Please allow between 5 -14 days – delivery times vary on destination. Please note delivery times quoted do not include customs clearance.

Local pickup: 

We are located on the Central Coast of NSW.

Your postcode must be within the Central Coast area to qualify for pickup – Once you have proceeded to checkout select local pickup option and email us at nextofkingoods@gmail.com to arrange your pickup.


Some international orders may incur customs or import duty charges. Any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer. For further information on regulations and compliances, please contact your local customs office prior to placing an order.

All prices shown online are in Australian Dollars and are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your purchase by the destination country.
The customer is responsible for those fees upon delivery. Those charges are not included in your order total when purchasing on Next of Kin website. All transactions are charged in Australian Dollars.

Exchanges and returns

As each item is custom made, we are unfortunately unable to accept exchanges, or returns for change of mind. Please take care when ordering and ensure to double check your mattress measurements prior to ordering.
Due to the handmade nature of the product slight imperfections may occur, this is what makes hand made so special. If your product is deemed faulty we will try our best to rectify any problem you may have.

Privacy and Subscriptions

Personal details provided to Next of Kin are used solely to process your order and will not be released to any third parties.
By subscribing to our mailing list you are authorising us to send you communication. You can unsubscribe at any time.


Next of Kin accept PayPal and credit card / debit card payments online. To discuss an alternate payment option, please contact us via the contact form (Australian customers only).

When placing an order, you undertake that all details provided are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.


As all our linen is handmade to order, our current turnaround time is 2-3 weeks before it is ready to ship. Although we aim to have all orders ready to send out within 2 weeks. The production turnaround is not including shipping time.
